Verde

Enchiladas Verde, I got the recipe from Americas Test Kitchen (click here). Really good but a lot of work, just as good as any restaurant. I am not a fan of cumin so I reduce the amount a lot, and I also used jalapenos and the canned tomatillos (for more on tomatillos and a good salsa click here).

Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

I made this recipe today and EVERYONE said it was good! Soooooo I'd like to share.
4-5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 8oz. pkg. Cream cheese
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 C. Salsa
1/4 C. water (use less, or none if your chicken is still frozen)
Cook 4-5 hrs. on high or 8-10 hrs. on low. Near the end of cooking shred meat while still in the crock pot. Serve on tortillas with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes etc.
*I did not add any water because my chicken was frozen and it turned out perfect*
