Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

I made this recipe today and EVERYONE said it was good! Soooooo I'd like to share.
4-5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 8oz. pkg. Cream cheese
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 C. Salsa
1/4 C. water (use less, or none if your chicken is still frozen)
Cook 4-5 hrs. on high or 8-10 hrs. on low. Near the end of cooking shred meat while still in the crock pot. Serve on tortillas with lettuce,cheese,tomatoes etc.
*I did not add any water because my chicken was frozen and it turned out perfect*
*I cooked mine for 6 hours on low and it was done*
