Enchiladas Verde, I got the recipe from Americas Test Kitchen
(click here). Really good but
a lot of work, just as good as any
restaurant. I am not a fan of cumin so I reduce the amount
a lot, and I also used
jalapenos and the canned
tomatillos (for more on tomatillos and a good salsa click here).
